Tom has over twenty-five years experience in the Landscaping and Construction industry, and is a founding partner of Interface Landscapes. Tom is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all softscape, hardscape and maintenance projects, ensuring budget compliance and quality control. Tom is renowned for his attention to detail and passion for delivering world class projects for our clients.
Director – Estimating
Currently the Treasurer of Landscape Queensland Industries Association, Dave has extensive knowledge and a passion for the Landscaping Industry. Having over thirty years experience, Dave specialises in project estimation, contract management and compliance. Dave has been acknowledged as a Master Landscape Professional by Landscape Queensland Industries Association. Dave is highly regarded by many in the industry for his extensive experience and passion for creating a professional and sustainable future for the landscaping industry.
Project Support Manager
Justin has been a part of the Interface family for over ten years. His passion and love for landscape construction made his journey to a Project Support Manager within our business, a natural progression. Justin has extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, and his attention to detail, project deadline compliance and dynamic personality makes him an asset to our team. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision, Certificate III in Horticulture, Pinnacle Working at Heights Training, Odyssey Leading Teams Training, NSCA Hazard Identification and Management, COVID19 Infection Control Training, and a White Card in Construction.
HSEQ Manager
Jay had significant knowledge and interest in Work Health and Safety when he commenced with Interface over six years ago and was quickly appointed to the HSEQ Officer position after undertaking training with the National Safety Council of Australia. Under Jay’s successful management, Interface Landscapes has achieved certification under AS/NZS4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, AS/ NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and AS/NZS ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. Jay continues to successfully manage our Company’s HSEQ performance and results, which include below industry (landscape construction) average results for injuries and no safety or environmental breaches. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety, Certificate III in Horticulture, Pinnacle Working at Heights Training, First Aid and CPR, Fire Ant Program Training, Absorb Workplace Environmental Responsibilities Training, Absorb Environmental Awareness and Spill Kit Induction Training, COVID19 Infection Control Training, White Card in Construction, and a Diploma in Environmental Management (currently studying).
Estimator
From a young age, Andy has always had a passion for landscaping. Receiving several academic awards at school for horticulture, landscaping felt like a natural fit. Andy has worked alongside the Interface team for 18 years, across many different roles. Having started with us as a labourer, natural progression has led Andy into his current role as Estimator. Andy’s attention to detail and extensive landscaping knowledge means our projects are always brought to life within budget. Qualifications: Certificate III in Landscaping Parks and Gardens, and a White Card in Construction.
Estimator
Stuart joined Interface Landscapes in 2011 after working for many years as a Landscape Foreman. His in-depth knowledge of all elements of soft and structural landscaping has made Stuart one of our most Senior Foreman. Stuart’s personal attributes including his structured and reliable approach to project management combined with his vast technical knowledge has made Stuart the perfect recent addition to our Estimating team. Qualifications: Certificate III in Landscaping, Pinnacle Working at Heights Training, Fire Ant Program Training, NSCA Hazard Identification and Management, Odyssey Leading Teams Training, Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision, and a White Card in Construction.

Project Support Manager
Micah joined the Interface team in August 2021. With over 18 years’ experience in the Landscaping Industry; 10 years in Landscape Construction and 8 years as a Landscape Architect specialising in construction delivery, he brings a wealth of knowledge! Micah takes a holistic approach to Project Management and his experience gives him the ability to manage projects from the ground up. Some of Micah’s career highlights include delivering the entire works at Providence Estate since 2014, and delivery of the Flagstone Estate RRP3 project. Qualifications: Certificate III in Horticulture, currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Design (Landscape Architecture) at QUT.
